I have been smoking a pipe since – gosh, age 16 – tho’ back then only occasionally.  Of course, now quite often.  I am a founding member of the Conclave Of Richmond Pipe Smokers (CORPS), based in Richmond, VA USA, and a Doctor of Pipes.  MY pipes of choice are English, my tobaccos Virginia and English. The CORPS has been active continiously since 1984, and have hosted pipe collectors’ shows since 1985!  We continue to adhere to the traditions of pipe smoking,and explain our shows as the Celebration of the Ancient and Honourable Art and Sport of Pipe Smoking.I hope that I can receive information from over the pond, and perhaps one day join you all in at a club meeting!
